Join our team as a Competitive Intelligence Specialist and help drive smarter, faster, and more strategic decision-making across our most critical pursuits. In this high-impact role, you'll harness advanced data management practices, AI/LLM tools (including Claude, G4G, Claude Code), and deep market intelligence to surface actionable insights that shape deal strategy and strengthen our competitive edge. You'll dive into complex datasets, decode competitor movements, forecast federal spending trends, and lead Black Hats, win/loss analyses, and lessons-learned efforts-translating it all into crisp, compelling briefs for senior leadership and capture teams. The work
  • Use competitive intelligence strategy to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and positioning of our leading competitors.
  • Ability to research and analyze large complex data sets leveraging AI/LLM tools
  • Provide actionable insights and growth recommendations based on in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client research.
  • Provide competitive intelligence advisory on deal pursuits to help improve sales positioning
  • Use AI-driven analytics to surface emerging trends, competitor insights, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Introduce new/emerging AI-based tools to support content development and automated market intelligence capabilities.

What you need
  • 3-6 years of experience in competitive intelligence, business development, capture management, or market research within the federal contracting/government services industry
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the full business development lifecycle - opportunity identification through post-award win/loss analysis
  • Experience working with or supporting capture managers, account leads, and BD leadership
  • Familiarity with federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs), and the FAR

  • Experience with GovWin, Bloomberg Government, DACIS, SAM.gov, USASpending, GovTribe, Claude, G4G

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
