Job description

Manager, Enterprise Learning Consultant (Leadership & Competency)
As the Manager, Enterprise Learning Consultant, you will be the learning solutions partner for our leadership and competency development portfolios. You will serve as the localized expert on all leadership development assets, maintaining a deep understanding of our internal and external content to provide high-impact, sound recommendations to partners.
This is a high-impact, consultative role where you will bridge the gap between business needs and learning execution. You will own the health and evolution of our core competency and leadership portfolios, acting as the primary liaison between internal business partners, instructional designers, and external vendors. From researching leadership trends to managing our flagship speaker series, you will ensure our learning ecosystem is modern, accessible, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Consultation
  • Own the end-to-end strategy for the Enterprise Competency and Leadership portfolios, ensuring content remains relevant, high-quality, and aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Partner with Line of Business (LoB) Learning Consultants and Facilitators to conduct ongoing needs assessments, identifying critical performance gaps within the current leadership curriculum.
  • Act as the "connective tissue" between stakeholders and the Design team, translating business intent into actionable design blueprints for internal training needs.

Program Research & Innovation
  • Partner closely with the Differential Investment Programs (DIPs) team to research, analyze, and improve programs for high-potential talent, ensuring they remain best-in-class.
  • Proactively work with our Vendor Management team to identify external vendors to bring specialized, world-class training solutions into our ecosystem when internal builds aren't the optimal path.

Leadership Engagement & Digital Presence
  • Curate our Leadership speaker series (6-7 events annually), partnering with Senior Director+ speakers and thought leaders to inspire and educate our leadership community.
  • Own and maintain the Leadership intranet pages, ensuring they serve as a streamlined, intuitive hub for all leadership development resources and communications.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Moves beyond tactical execution to diagnose root-level business challenges, leveraging consultative inquiry to propose systemic learning solutions.
  • Navigates complex organizational structures with ease, cultivating high-trust partnerships with external vendors, instructional designers, LOB learning consultants and executive leadership.
  • Brings a deep understanding of leadership development theory and extensive experience applying those principles to drive performance in corporate settings.
  • Utilizes research and program analytics to validate strategic pivots and quantify the return on investment for your portfolios.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Corporate Consulting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Program or Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
  • Experience managing a large-scale Leadership Development portfolio or program
  • Proven track record of managing external Vendor Relationships
  • Experience with Learning Experience Platforms or internal site management (e.g., SharePoint, Google Sites).
