As a Compensation Associate, you will support the management and administration of global compensation related programs and platforms. The position will report to the Vice President, Compensation and work closely with internal stakeholders, including Executive Committee members, influencing and modeling comprehensive compensation programs, including base salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to analyze compensation data and trends and provide support in evaluation of employee salaries, benchmarking and equitable pay to ensure alignment to overall compensation strategy
  • Support the annual compensation planning cycle, including bonus and salary planning programs
  • Provide data analysis and reporting support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and track systems, initiatives and projects.
  • Participate in the development, design, and maintenance of the job evaluation process, including conducting salary benchmarking, creating salary ranges, and providing recommendations
  • Analyze internal and external market data to address compensation-related needs; prepare and present recommendations and participate in surveys
  • Aids in the evaluation and analysis of salary data, determination of pay grades for new or existing jobs including market pricing
  • Monitor and resolve data issues, and support the department's reporting and analysis needs
  • Work with the firm's Workday team to provide feedback and recommendations to continually enhance and improve the system functionality.
  • Assist with managing vendor administration/relationships and engage with vendors throughout the year
  • Assist with certain payroll functions
  • Help with Global Mobility Administration

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS; Education and/or Experience:
  • College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.) or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years in a compensation or related subject area
  • Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including significant proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize workload
  • Action-oriented and eager to embrace new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Resourceful, securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently
  • Adept at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals
  • Able to operate effectively, even when things are not clear or the way forward is not obvious
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
