You'll be part of a future-focused HR team committed to reimagining how we reward and recognize talent-through compensation, incentives, and perks that inspire, engage, and retain the very best. From building global frameworks to tailoring local solutions, your work will directly influence how we scale talent and drive impact across the enterprise. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, offering deep rewards expertise and influencing decisions that shape our culture and workforce strategy. Your insights will help evolve our Total Rewards approach and ensure compensation is a powerful enabler of growth, performance, and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports a dedicated segment of businesses that is global in nature. Primary customers are operating company HR leaders and HRBP teams, along with regional TA teams.

Program Design and Administration

  • Develop and implement rewards programs, policies, and processes.  Continuously evaluate and refine programs to maximum effectiveness.
  • Research market trends and best practices to identify opportunities and gaps. Influence total rewards strategy through data and insights.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR partners, and talent teams, providing compensation consulting and enabling effective pay decisions.
  • Create communication strategies to educate employees and leaders about total rewards.
  • Conduct fairness analyses and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead annual compensation activities, including salary budgeting, structure reviews, and rewards planning for assigned businesses
  • Implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs.

Compensation and Global Career Framework Consulting

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR business partners, and talent teams, providing compensation consulting and enabling effective pay decisions.

  • Consults with HR business partners, TA partners and business leaders in utilization and effective application of global career framework (GCF).

  • Collaborates with HR and finance teams to determine and manage annual compensation budgets (including base and incentive program expenditures).

  • Partners with leaders to assess compensation programs for potential acquisitions and lead integration efforts related to total rewards for newly acquired companies.

Project Ownership

  • Lead global projects and support cross-functional initiatives as part of an agile Total Rewards function. 

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation program design and management, with at least 3 or more years operating in a global environment.

  • Expertise in job evaluations, market pricing and salary structures.

  • Strong global business acumen and regulatory knowledge. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity. 

  • Excellent relationship building, communication and influence skills.

  • Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)

  • Strong project and team management skills

  • Ability to quickly adapt and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual

  • Advanced degree and/or professional certifications (e.g. CCP, GRP)

  • Demonstrated experience leading high-impact, high-complexity global projects
