The Role

The Lead Monetization Analyst is responsible for helping to shape pricing and monetization strategy across the organization and with new product initiatives. This role leads advanced analytics, financial modeling, and cross-functional initiatives to drive profitable growth and inform executive decision-making.

The Main Responsibilities

Pricing & Monetization Strategy 
Pricing strategy development and monetization model design 
Identify and evaluate new revenue streams and bundling opportunities 
Serve as a pricing and monetization subject-matter expert 
Advanced Financial Modeling & Analytics 
Own new vs legacy pricing modeling and how to balance transitions 
Analyze pricing elasticity, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics 
Leverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools for insight generation 
Cross-Functional Collaboration 
Provide analytical insights across marketing, sales, pricing, and project teams 
Influence project direction and communicate with included teams 
Executive Communication 
Deliver executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations 
Be comfortable in presenting findings to leadership and governance forums 

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred 
3-5+ years of experience in pricing, monetization strategy, or financial analysis 
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools 
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
Preferred 
Experience in telecommunications, cloud, or B2B technology pricing 
Knowledge of  customer segmentation and competitive pricing 
Experience navigating large organizations

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
