Job description

Nanobit, a Stillfront Group studio, is looking for a highly experienced freelance game balancer to strengthen Big Farm: Merge Game, our free to play mobile Merge-2 title. This is a hands-on role for someone senior enough to jump straight in and add value from day one.

Setup: Fully remote, start as soon as possible. Duration and weekly hours are flexible and scale with workload.

YOUR MISSION
  • Design, build and maintain gameplay systems with long term feature reusability in mind, aimed at maximising player engagement, effective monetisation and retention

  • Continuously refine features and events by combining player feedback, data analysis and AI insights

  • Build expected progression models in Excel or Google Sheets to predict how players move through the game

  • Use AI tools heavily in your daily work to boost your own output and keep the player experience cutting edge

  • Document and present your work through user stories, flowcharts and wireframes so every team and stakeholder stays aligned

  • Transfer and adapt proven mechanics from other genres

YOUR PROFILE
  • Deep expertise in F2P mobile games, experiences with Merge-2 games is a big plus

  • Strong grasp of LiveOps dynamics, including monetisation strategies, in game economies and community feedback
