Job Description

TheCompensation & Benefits Manageris responsible for the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of Rally House's compensation and benefits programs. This leader ensures programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's business objectives while providing a positiveteam memberexperience. The role partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, and business leaders to support compensation strategy, benefits administration, leave management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Administer company compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Manageteam memberhealth, welfare, retirement, and leave programs in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze compensation data, market trends, and internal equity to support pay decisions and compensation planning
  • Support the administration of annual merit, incentive, and salary review processes
  • Partner with Recruiting and business leaders to evaluate positions, maintain job descriptions, and ensure alignment with compensation structures and FLSA guidelines
  • Manageteam memberleave and accommodation programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies
  • Maintain HRIS functionality related to compensation, benefits, and onboarding processes
  • Prepare reports and people analytics that support business decisions and workforce planning
  • Monitor changes to employment laws and regulations, recommending updates to policies and processes as needed
  • Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, and benefit communications to ensure effective administration andteam memberengagement
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts that simplify processes and enhance theteam memberexperience

Skills and Knowledge

Ability to build effective partnerships with leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, Experience administering HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred, PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, CEBS, or related certification preferred, Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret people data, Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, leave management, and employment regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
  • 2+ years of leadership or people management experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
  • Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
  • Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds
