Job Summary
Join our Compensation team and help support compensation programs that ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across the organization. In this role, you'll conduct job evaluations, market pricing, compensation analyses, and survey participation while partnering with HR Business Partners, leaders, and Compensation team members. You'll also support annual compensation processes, incentive programs, compensation reporting, and ongoing process improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and providing compensation insights that support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analyses.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and prepare, validate, and submit compensation data.
  • Support annual compensation programs, salary administration, and incentive plan processes.
  • Develop reports, analyses, and modeling to support compensation decisions and program design.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance compensation programs and operations.

* Occasional travel for team meetings, planning sessions, or professional development activities may be required.
Skills and Background You'll Need
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of compensation experience or equivalent experience involving data analysis, modeling, and evaluation.
  • Experience conducting market pricing, job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, and salary administration activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting, validating, and presenting data-driven insights.
  • Experience working with compensation surveys, reporting, and compensation program administration.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain compensation concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Preferred: Experience using Workday or a similar Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting incentive compensation or sales compensation programs.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$66,000.00 - $96,250.00
