The Sr. Analyst - Sales Compensation Strategy & Analytics is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, driving analytics & insightsof incentive compensation plans across the business (Sales Dev, New Logo Sales, Cross Sell/Upsell, Fintech, Post Sales) that drive ServiceTitan's sustainable growth. This individualwill also benchmark industry best practices to ensure our incentive plans both align with our company outcomes and are competitive within the broader market. This is a high impact role with the opportunity for broad-based impact, helping to power effective incentive compensation for 700+ Titans, driving extraordinary outcomes for ServiceTitan and our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Continuously analyze effectiveness of incentive compensation plans in achieving ServiceTitan's strategy and recommend adjustments & pivots when appropriate through Monthly/Quarterly reports

  • Research industry best practices across B2B SaaS and adjacencies to appropriately benchmark and ensure ServiceTitan is at the cutting edge of incentive compensation

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve ServiceTitan's incentive compensation strategy at the segment level

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive decision making

  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR and Sales leaders

What you'll bring:

  • 2-4+ years of work experience in a combination of high growth tech companies and/or management consulting

  • Functional experience in Sales/incentive compensation, RevOps and/or FP&A

  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g. customer research, data analysis, competitive benchmarking, etc.)

  • Comfort with analyzing data at scale (Excel / Gsheets, SQL/Tableau experience a plus) and presenting findings

  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication and collaboration

  • Ability to distill complex analysis into actionable recommendations

  • Energized by ambiguity and dynamic, fast-paced working environments that provide a diverse experience and opportunity to tackle different problems

For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $111,800 USD - $167,600 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $104,500 USD - $156,700 USD Applicable for: All other US locations. International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
