Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or Monday through Thursday 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Friday 10:30 AM -5:00 PM

As a Lead Front Office Associate at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will be the first point of contact for patients and strive to deliver a positive and welcoming experience in every interaction. This position plays an important role in the continuity of care by providing administrative support to patients and stakeholders through appointment scheduling, processing paperwork, and handling inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Observing and supporting Front Office Associates and the Patient Care Coordinator
  • 30% of in office hours each week will be dedicated to providing feedback to support staff, directing check-in desk and adjusting workflows as needed
  • Inform the Office Manager and/or Administrative Operations Supervisor of staff problems or concerns
  • Assist in training new Support Staff in conjunction with Support Staff Training Coordinators
  • Assist Support Staff with daily duties as needed
  • Opening or closing the clinic if there is not coverage
  • Basic knowledge of billing and insurance coverage
  • Any other projects that the Administrative Manager or Supervisor may assign

Requirements:
  • Ability to lead a small Front Office team successfully
  • Previous front desk, reception/receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will start at $19.00 hourly.
*Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
* Employees in these positions are W2.
