Total Compensation:

Assistant Store Leaders who consistently meet or exceed sales goals typically earn $30–$35+/hour in total compensation (base pay + commission), with many earning $60,000+ in their first year.

What we’re looking for:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your schedule will be provided at least four weeks in advance to help you plan ahead.
  • 1+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging conversations, build trust, and influence positive outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, helping customers discover the right wireless solutions while coaching your team to deliver an exceptional BeMobile Sales Process every time.
