We are urgently seeking a Senior Assignment and Attribution Loader / Compass Rose Implementation Consultant to support an ongoing implementation for the following Compass Rose programs:

  • Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
  • Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM)
  • Transitional Care Management (TCM)
  • Complex Care Management (CCM)
  • Care Management

You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role

  • Certifications
    • Epic Compass Rose certification
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
    • Deep understanding of care management and population health workflows
    • Experience translating business and clinical requirements into Compass Rose solutions
    • Ability to provide implementation leadership, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Soft-Skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
