Job description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team in both our real estate office and our construction & design company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, diverse role with a wide range of responsibilities.

Compensation:

$15 - $18 hourly


Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with scheduling, document preparation, file management, and communication for real estate agents and clients
  • Manage listing data entry, transaction files, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system
  • Coordinate materials, timelines, and communication for ongoing construction and renovation projects
  • Help maintain design selections, budgets, and vendor communication
  • Support branding and presentation materials for both companies
  • Assist with event prep, office organization, and general day-to-day operations
  • Work company events and festivals, which require occasional weekend or evening flexibility

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and willing to learn industry software
  • Previous experience in real estate, construction, or interior design is a plus (but not required)
