  • Collaborates closely with Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quality, EHS, subcontractors, and clients to support successful project delivery.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement efforts by supporting development of electrical construction standards, commissioning processes, quality documentation, and field best practices.

  • Current, valid driver's license and eligibility for corporate vehicle insurance coverage.
ย Skills & Experience Preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), ANSI/NETA ATS, IEC 62446, and other applicable electrical standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of electrical, mechanical, and protection relay drawings.
  • OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Slack, and other construction management software.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across project teams and subcontractors.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement and alignment with Sun Tribe's core values.
