Job description

The Niles Foundation is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to support the Halo Food Project, a community initiative focused on food access, outreach, and neighborhood engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist mobile market community members by phone, email, and in person
  • Support event registrations and participant follow-up
  • Answer questions regarding programs, services, and events
  • Assist with volunteer communications and scheduling
  • Support mobile market and community outreach activities
  • Support mobile market inventory, deliveries and stocking
  • Maintain organized records and participant information
