We're looking for a Senior Program Manager, to lead mission-critical Network Operations supporting the Navy. If you're a proven leader who thrives in a high-impact, fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference in national security, this role is for you.

What Youll Bring:

Required:

  • 7+ years of program management experience on large-scale Navy IT or Cyber contracts valued at $50M+ Annually

  • Managing 200 plus FTEs

  • Active DoW Top Secret clearance

  • Current PMP certification

  • Bachelors degree

  • Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams and complex program requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52, WBS, IMS, and POA&Ms

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards

Preferred:

  • Experience managing large DoW IT programs, ideally Navy or Joint training initiatives

  • Knowledge of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments and emerging military training technologies

  • Background in exercise planning across multiple warfare domains

  • Understanding of training-related computer, communication, and network systems

  • Masters degree in related field or management field

  • Experience with data visualization tools and program reporting dashboards

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
