About the Role:

Culture & Community Coordinator at Ambient Edge is responsible for bringing our brand and team to life. You'll manage social media, respond to customer reviews, order and track promotional materials, plan both internal company events and external community events, and work with and promote company programs such as the Dream Manager. As our internal culture champion, you'll spotlight team members, celebrate employee birthdays, their spouses’ birthdays, and family milestones, keep the office vibe fresh, and help create an environment where people love to work and customers love to engage with us.


Salary Range: $58,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media channels and respond to customer reviews
  • Order and track marketing collateral and promotional materials
  • Plan and execute internal team events and external community events
  • Work with and promote company programs such as the Dream Manager
  • Recognize employee birthdays, spouses’ birthdays, and family milestones
  • Highlight team members through internal shoutouts and recognition
  • Maintain office culture through posters, displays, and visual updates

Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or social media
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Outgoing personality with a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Experience in event planning or fast-paced environments is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work weekends
