Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys keeping systems running smoothly? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your work supports both staff operations and client success?

  • Support Program Operations: Assist with intake documentation, orientations, and supportive service coordination
  • Assist with Reporting: Compile data for grant reporting, billing, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate Events & Volunteers: Support planning for events, volunteer projects, and community activities
  • Support Human Resources Activities: Assist with interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and training tracking

  • You can manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
  • You communicate professionally and follow through consistently

  • You work well independently while also supporting a team environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in social services or related field
(Employment at U.S.VETS for at least 3 months may substitute for experience)
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage both short-term tasks and long-term projects
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of veteran services, homelessness, or community resources is a plus
