Job description

Description

The Parenting Support Program Coordinator provides support services to parents experiencing poverty. These include:

  • In addition to direct service delivery, the Program Coordinator also spearheads Catholic Charitie's flagship childcare support service, which works with families to provide access to the specific childcare that meets their needs. This includes establishing and growing caseloads by offering monthly workshops at hours convenient to working families (evenings and weekends) and working to ensure widespread community knowledge about what is available for parents and children through Catholic Charities through sustained outreach. This position will be responsible for the growth of the parenting support program, as measured by increased visits and sustained engagement of families.
