???? We're Hiring: Family Preservation Worker
???? Location: Providence, RI
???? Full-time | Department: Family Preservation
???? Reports to: Family Preservation Supervisor

Are you passionate about helping families thrive and stay together? Children’s Friend is looking for a Family Preservation Worker to join our dedicated team working with at-risk families to promote safety, stability, and well-being.

???? What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of referred families

  • Develop and implement collaborative family service plans

  • Provide home-based services including parent training and family counseling

  • Link families to mental health, school, and community-based supports

  • Maintain detailed client records and documentation

  • Coordinate case conferences and follow through to service termination

  • Implement the plan through the provision of home-based services, including individual and family counseling, parent training, and linkage with schools and community agencies in collaboration with Family Preservation team.
???? What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Masters, preferred in Social Work.

  • Experience with at-risk families, mental health, and service coordination.

  • Strong time management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours and participate in trainings.

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance required

  • Comfortable working with databases and Microsoft Office tools
