Responsibilities
What your day to day might look like:
  • Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
  • Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
  • Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
  • Maintain company safety standards

Qualifications
We're looking for you if:
