is a substance use treatment organization offering comprehensive behavioral health programs, including medication-assisted recovery, to individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs) and co-occurring mental health conditions. With over 25 years of experience and multiple locations across the state, we provide a full continuum of care for substance use disorder, from prevention and harm reduction to treatment and recovery support. Our programs integrate FDA-approved medications for the treatment of substance use disorders, including all three medications approved to treat opioid use disorder (buprenorphine, methadone, and naltrexone).

We strive to meet our patients where they are, bringing care outside clinic walls via telehealth and mobile services and ensuring patients have access to harm reduction resources and education. Essential Duties: Oversee daily operations of coordinating agency wide gambling outreach services and activities ensuring alignment with the Illinois sponsored "are you really willing" campaign. This includes ensuring gambling outreach events are scheduled and staffed for the service areas of Cook County, Sangamon County and Will County.

Supervise Gambling outreach staff providing daily, on-the-ground outreach services including monitoring performance, engagement quality, and adherence to outreach and safety protocols. Collaborate with the Associate Administrator of Outreach Services and other Administrators to identify, establish, and maintain new partnership locations for both mobile outreach programs. Provide problem gambling education, screenings and referrals throughout the community served (Cook County) including but not limited to activations arranged as part of the Illinois sponsored "are you really winning" campaign.

Provide "brief intervention" to individuals identified to have concerns regarding gambling whether the individual accepts a treatment referral or not. Provide problem gambling education, screening, brief intervention and referral to Family Guidance Centers' patients as appropriate. Conduct direct outreach to individuals experiencing substance use, homelessness, or other barriers to care by providing harm reduction education, distributing supplies, and describing FGC programs in accessible language to increase awareness of available services.

Assist as appropriate with field-based support to both new and existing outreach staff by modeling effective outreach practices, offering guidance on logistics, referrals, and documentation tools, and supporting staff in navigating daily outreach routines and site operations. Stay informed of local resources and community events relevant to harm reduction and gambling and substance use services, and share updates with the outreach team to help keep staff informed and connected to evolving community needs. Build, maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships with community partners, service providers, and stakeholders to enhance program visibility, effectiveness, and referral pathways.

A personal vehicle will be necessary for traveling to sites throughout the county.
