Job description

What We Need

We need someone who is the heartbeat of the community — someone who walks into a room and naturally draws people in.

You are energetic, personable, and passionate about building real connections. You think creatively about how to get the JETSET name out there, and you are not afraid to show up, set up a table, and talk to strangers about something you genuinely believe in.

You are social-media savvy and know how to tell a story that stops the scroll.

Above all, you are motivated by the idea of building something from the ground up — and you understand that the community you build today becomes the Founding Family that carries this studio forward.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead all community-building efforts ahead of and during the studio's pre-sale phase, with a focus on generating hand raisers and converting community interest into founding memberships. Building a strong Founding Family is a key deliverable of this role.
  • Drive grassroots community outreach through tabling events, JETSET On the Mat activations, and local partnerships. Actively build and maintain a network of community connectors, organizations, and influencers who can amplify the JETSET brand and fuel pre-sale momentum.
  • Manage and grow the studio's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — creating engaging content, capturing studio energy and events, monitoring follower growth, and ensuring consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Support new client experience by collaborating with the GM and studio team to welcome, integrate, and retain newcomers into the JETSET community — turning first-time visitors into long-term members.
  • Collaborate with the GM to develop and execute local marketing initiatives, track key metrics including engagement, attendance at events, and membership conversions, and continuously refine outreach strategies based on results.
  • The Community Lead will assume other duties as assigned and are expected to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
