Position Overview
We’re looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Outreach Marketing Specialist to increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and support leasing efforts for our apartment community. This role focuses on building local partnerships, planning outreach initiatives, and executing marketing strategies that connect with prospective residents.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, schools, and community organizations to generate referrals and leads
  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns, resident events, and community promotions
