Position Overview

The Outreach Ambassador plays a vital role in expanding Rebirth’s mission of uplifting communities and reminding young women that they are seen, valued, and cared for. This role is hands‑on, community‑focused, and perfect for someone who thrives in outreach environments, enjoys connecting with people, and represents Rebirth with warmth, professionalism, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Outreach — Set up Rebirth outreach tables and canopy displays at high schools, colleges, community events, and partner locations.
  • Confidence Bag Assembly — Prepare and organize “confidence bags” filled with beauty and self‑care items.
  • Bag Distribution — Pass out confidence bags to junior high, high school, and college girls/women, offering encouragement and positive engagement.
  • Contact Collection — Gather names, emails, and phone numbers from individuals receiving bags to support follow‑up, event invitations, and community building.
  • Event Support — Assist with outreach events, community activations, and Rebirth gatherings as needed.
  • Mission Representation — Serve as a warm, encouraging, and uplifting representative of Rebirth’s values and commitment to young women.
