We have over 24 Nursing Clinics across Ontario and we are always looking for new and innovative ways to deliver care to the patients who need it the most.

We are looking for RNs and RPNs to work in our clinic in Holstein, ON and surrounding areas. 

This is a Part-Time position

Hours of work are 6 - 8 hour shifts within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends and some overnights.

  • For Registered Nurses (RN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RN hourly range is $32.08 to $47.38, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
  • For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RPN hourly range is $27.17 to $33.37, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

  • Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
  • Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services
  • Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management ,

  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing

  • Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
