We're seeking a Community Manager to oversee a well-established affordable housing community in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization that values its employees, supports professional development, and provides the resources you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the daily operations of an established affordable housing community.
  • Manage occupancy, leasing, budgeting, and overall property performance.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Lead, coach, and support the onsite team while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Partner with maintenance to ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well maintained.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership while delivering exceptional customer service.


What We're Looking For

  • Due to the nature of this position, at least two or more years of property management experience is REQUIRED
  • Experience managing LIHTC and/or Project-Based Section 8 communities.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Affordable housing certifications are preferred but not required.
