We are looking for a Community Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
Community Management
  • Moderate conversations and maintain brand tones across our platforms: Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest. Responding, posting, and sweeping messages.
  • Spark real conversations and meaningful engagement through social listening.
  • Be the eyes and ears of the brand-gathering insights, managing feedback loops, and shaping community sentiment.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to bring community ideas to life.

Data & Insights
  • Comfortable using Hootsuite, Talkwalker and Meta Business Suite fTrack our social performance, engagement metrics and provide findings.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visual stories that keep our creative work rooted in real-world impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and audience trends to unlock deeper insights. Work cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and media to optimize campaigns in real time.

Culture and People
  • You demonstrate an ability to represent the relationship and help shepherd the process with external client partners, including other agencies (e.g., Media, PR, etc.) and vendors
  • You're an active and stimulating voice within the strategy department and agency as a whole

Compensation Range: USD $53,960.00 - USD $71,610.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
