• Directly engage with a caseload of clients operating under unique challenges of major mental illnesses during face-to-face interactions and virtual consultations, ensuring that personalized care plans are implemented and monitored effectively.
• Conduct evidence-based screening assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological well-being, determining the most suitable interventions and support systems needed.
• Implement and manage integrated care plans that align client needs with available resources, ensuring comprehensive treatment paths that include family involvement when appropriate.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of respective clients, whilst documenting progress and treatment outcomes in detail.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to meetings and discussions focused on improving service delivery and enhancing quality of care.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing instantaneous support to clients in distress, and coordinating follow-up care as necessary.
• Maintain current and accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and progress reports while ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Monitor and assess treatment progress against established discharge criteria, ensuring proper care transitions for clients as they move through treatment processes.
• Engage in continuous professional development to refine skills, enhance service delivery, and contribute to agency-wide improvement initiatives.

This role focuses primarily on individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges, including those with severe emotional disorders and substance use issues. Clients may present with a wide range of needs that require both clinical expertise and empathetic engagement. The successful candidate will embrace working within a highly diverse environment, respecting the varied backgrounds, cultures, and experiential realities of each client.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear documentation and effective client interactions.
• Proficient organizational and planning skills to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or social work settings, preferably related to substance use treatment.
• Experience working with under-served populations is highly regarded.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
