Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a mission-driven Health Center Administrator to lead the operations of our medical and dental clinics. This leader will ensure high-quality, integrated care for underserved communities while advancing health equity, access, and service excellence.

The Health Center Administrator oversees daily operations, financial stewardship, staff leadership, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. This role partners closely with clinical leadership to create a collaborative, patient-centered environment where multidisciplinary teams work together to deliver exceptional care.

Success in this role requires balancing operational discipline with compassion - ensuring strong productivity and financial sustainability while protecting the patient experience and supporting staff development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (health administration or related field preferred)
  • Healthcare leadership experience in ambulatory or community health setting
  • Strong financial oversight and quality improvement experience
  • Commitment to health equity and serving underserved populations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
