**Job Summary:**
The Community Health Center of Buffalo, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is actively seeking an experienced Family Planning Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients at our modern facility. - Licensed NYS, board-certified, Registered Professional Nurse Practitioner.
