Job description

  • Work with the President of the LLC to identify opportunities for sponsorships activities.
  • Ensure program compliance with Code of Governmental Ethics and LLC policies and procedures.
  • High level use of the Community Relations software and other business systems to efficiently track and manage all sponsorship activities. The system monitoring includes applicant information, sponsorship timelines, participation benefits to the Louisiana Lottery Corporation (LLC), in-kind and financial contributions, statistics, event outcomes, and other key metrics.
  • Ensure records are accurate, up to date, and readily available for reporting, analysis, and compliance purposes.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with community and corporate entities that serve to further the LLC's mission and goals.
  • Attend events and activities statewide to ensure appropriate visibility.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required or requested by supervisor
