This position earns a starting range of $23-25 per hour, and to sweeten the deal, you can also earn a $1 per hour pay increase after completing a development and performance program! QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful at our nonprofit, you'll need to possess a unique set of skills and qualities: exceptional customer service skills resourcefulness, and teaching skills. You will need to have a car in safe working order, vehicle insurance, a valid CA driver's license, and at least 2 years of driving experience. A high school diploma is required for this position, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Another plus is having experience with the I/DD community! This caseload does require the staff to drive a modified van, thorough training will be provided.
