It also offers research support, information literacy instruction, and quiet study spaces. The library often serves as a hub for learning and collaboration, helping students succeed in their coursework and develop essential research skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a community college librarian, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Community College Librarian, you need a master's degree in library science (MLS/MLIS), expertise in information literacy, and a strong grasp of academic research support.
