What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community
  • Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, payment plans, and resident communications
  • Support leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts
  • Process resident paperwork, reports, deposits, and administrative tasks accurately and timely
  • Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and occupancy goals
  • Help oversee community operations and step into a leadership role when the Community Manager is unavailable

Requirements:

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Previous property management, leasing, or assistant manager experience preferred
  • Strong resident relations and customer service skills
  • Experience with collections, delinquency management, and lease administration
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the multifamily industry
  • Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus!
  • Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
