Massage Therapist (Licensed) (PT) - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)

Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, a resort-style, 55 and over, active adult community is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to work in our Tranquility Spa. We are a private community with over 1,500 members. As a Massage Therapist, you will be comfortable growing your clientele from within the Trilogy community. ***IMMEDIATE OPENING***

This is a Commission-Based Pay, at rate of 60%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Provides prompt service with each appointment and performs services within the appropriate allotted time
  • Provides consistent professional body treatments by spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
  • Helps support the needs of the spa and is willing to help with Spa functions and events.
  • Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services; maintains professional continuing education and ongoing product knowledge.
  • Performs prep work and properly cleans, sanitizes, and restocks room as required.
  • Communicates to management occurrences involving staff or members in the spa that require attention
  • Actively promotes the spa, treatments, services, and retail as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
  • Handles member's questions and concerns professionally and courteously

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • A Valid Washington State Massage Therapy License required
  • Liability Insurance required
  • Must be CPR/AED certified (within 20 days of employment)
  • Previous experience providing massage and body treatments in a similar setting preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable with men's and women's treatments.
