Centra has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Community Involvement Associate in Columbus, Indiana. The Community Involvement Associate supports the coordination, execution, and visibility of the Credit Union's community engagement initiatives. This role assists in administering community programs, volunteer involvement, various Select Employer Groups (SEG), business development activities, and social media storytelling to enhance Member, Team Member, and community relationships. This position assists in ensuring community initiatives are well-planned, impactful, and aligned with the Credit Union's mission and brand.

  • Manages volunteer hour tracking, recognition efforts, and prize distribution to celebrate Team Member involvement.

  • Documents and reports Centra's community impact activities while supporting the planning, coordination, and organization of community programs and events.
  • Collaborates with the Brand Experience team to create, monitor, and schedule social media content that highlights Centra's community involvement.
  • Communicates volunteer stories that highlight the positive contributions of Centra Team Members.
  • Assists in evaluating partnership opportunities with local organizations to strengthen Centra's presence in the communities we serve.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - (EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED):
