The Salesforce Community Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and governing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) solutions. This role translates business and customer engagement requirements into end-to-end community architectures, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Define community architecture blueprints, including data models, security models, sharing rules, and performance considerations
