TMP is seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a collaborative, forward-thinking professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering impactful design solutions, particularly in healthcare environments. The Senior Architectural Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects, including client management, design oversight, and construction administration. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets, while collaborating closely with Principals with a strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and client service.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects through all phases of design and construction
  • Support client management and foster strong, long-term relationships
  • Oversee design quality, technical documentation, and project coordination
  • Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes
  • Coordinate consultants and internal teams across multiple disciplines
  • Participate in construction administration and support project delivery through completion
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members
  • Support other teams during critical deadlines or peak workloads as needed

Qualifications
Required
  • Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
  • Significant experience working on healthcare projects or facilities
  • Proven ability to manage projects, teams, budgets, and schedules
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities

Preferred
  • A working knowledge of Revit, with ability to oversee quality, coordination, and documentation standards
  • Experience using project management and collaboration platforms (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)
  • Demonstrated success in improving project processes or delivery methods
