This role is responsible for administering immunizations, reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, medical reconciliation for patients, preparing medications for dispensing, and verifying medication orders. This position will support our pharmacy and hospital expansion project by collaborating closely with inpatient care teams. In addition, it is expected to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
