Description
TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support government operations through project coordination, stakeholder engagement, facilities-related initiatives, and strategic program support.
This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the assigned work area.
The Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting Government operations by overseeing project activities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing schedules and deliverables, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
This position supports Government operations responsible for administering space planning, relocation coordination, build-out and reconfiguration project management, occupancy agreement tracking and planning, and strategic real estate support services across a broad portfolio.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate projects supporting operational, facilities, and real estate initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, work plans, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of project objectives.
  • Lead project coordination activities related to space planning, office relocations, facility build-outs, and reconfiguration efforts.
  • Coordinate with Government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to support project execution and operational priorities.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project schedules and objectives.
  • Track project metrics, prepare status reports, and communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support occupancy agreement tracking and planning activities to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through on project tasks and commitments.
  • Support strategic planning efforts and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, schedules, and supporting materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support program and operational objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance.
  • Five or more years of experience managing projects, programs, or operational initiatives.
  • Experience supporting facilities projects, real estate initiatives, operational programs, or government-related activities preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, scheduling practices, and risk management principles.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records and documentation.
