THE ROLE: 

Strategies for Change Group is hiring a Project Manager. In this full-time, Washington, DC based hybrid role, the Project Manager will oversee and coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure the successful execution of campaign related projects and goals. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Organize, develop, and lead project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation according to campaign strategy. 

  • Facilitate effective and clear communication of project updates to team members, stakeholders and campaign leadership.  

  • Proactively manage project budget by estimating costs for resources/materials, tracking expenses, and appropriately allocating funds. 

  • Identify and mitigate any risks, obstacles, or delays to the project and team.  

  • Collaborate with campaign leadership and engage with key stakeholders, community leaders, and donors, to align with campaign objectives.  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field AND/OR 3+ years of related experience working in project management 

  • Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization 

  • Knowledge of political landscape and campaign dynamics 

  • PMP Certification is a plus
