Simon-Kucher is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to support integrated marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and thought leadership programs across the Americas. This role partners closely with consultants, sector leaders, and global marketing teams to drive brand visibility, client engagement, and business growth.ย 
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with experience managing multi-channel B2B campaigns, public relations initiatives, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will help execute regional marketing strategies, support thought leadership development, andย help strengthenย Simon-Kucher's brand presence across the Americas.ย

How you will create an impact:
  • Execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, PR, social media, email, and events.ย 
  • Partner with consultants and business stakeholders to develop campaign messaging and thought leadership content.ย 
  • Coordinateย mediaย opportunities, PRย activities, andย campaignย communications.ย 
  • Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Manage campaign timelines, reporting, budgets, and performance metrics.ย 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Digital, Design and Events teams.
  • Ensure alignment with Simon-Kucher brand standards and marketing best practices.ย 
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, campaign management, or PR.
  • Experience managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.ย 
  • Strongย writtenย and verbalย communicationย skills.ย 
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.ย 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and KPI's.
  • Experience within consulting, professional services, or corporate marketing environments preferred.ย 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.ย 
  • Preferredย Office location is Atlanta.
  • This is a hybrid position and does require two days in office at one of our office locationsย 

Total compensation for this role includes a base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.ย 

The base salary range for this position is betweenย 95,000ย to 110,000ย per year for US roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.ย 

Benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.ย ย ย
