Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly-motivated and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to join our sales team at Prodigee Logistics. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Boise, ID, where you will play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships, driving new business, and supporting the growth of the company. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and are ready to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, and drive sales efforts to generate revenue for the company.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
  • Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries, resolve any service issues, and think critically to provide effective solutions as challenges arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery of logistics services.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document client interactions, maintain records of sales activities, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Training & Development: Participate in hands-on training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights. Opportunities for ongoing professional development will be provided.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior sales experience required, preferably in a customer-facing or B2B environment. Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain management is a plus but not required.
  • Education: Some College preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to think critically, handle challenging situations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Highly organized, with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work Ethic: Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week) and work on-site in Boise, ID.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Previous experience in prospecting, customer relations, or managing a sales pipeline.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Compensation:

  • $20 per hour
  • Commission: Uncapped commission structure, allowing you to earn based on your performance and sales achievements.
