    Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated Agency Apprentice for a hybrid opportunity designed for professionals who want to build strong sales ability while learning how a successful insurance agency operates. This is not a producer-only role, but producing is an important and expected part of the position. Candidates in this path are expected to sell, build client relationships, and generate new business while also developing the skills needed to support agency operations and future leadership growth.

    The Opportunity
    This role offers a path for individuals who want more than a traditional insurance sales job. You will gain real-world exposure to client acquisition, service, retention, workflow management, and day-to-day agency operations. Farmers provides recognized brand strength, a broad product portfolio, and training support through the University of Farmers, making this a strong fit for ambitious candidates who want to grow into larger agency responsibilities over time. This role offers base salary + commissions.

    Responsibilities

    · Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up.

    · Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions based on client needs.

    · Support policy reviews, retention conversations, and client service activity.

    · Learn agency workflows, systems, and operating disciplines.

    · Participate in structured training, coaching, and development sessions.
