Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Full Stack Developer.
Summary:
The Full Stack Engineer is accountable for technical delivery and architecture for a product team in the product model. Partnering with Product Management and Product Design, you drive outcome-based delivery (not feature output) while ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and compliant. You align product architecture with enterprise standards, assess ecosystem impacts, and surface/manage risks early (including cybersecurity and SOX).
Responsibilities:
* Own engineering outcomes: quality, reliability, performance, scalability, and time-to-value
* Convert product strategy/OKRs into technical plans and delivery execution
* Lead continuous delivery and operational excellence (deployment health, rapid recovery)
* Define and evolve architecture aligned with enterprise guardrails; Evaluate upstream/downstream impacts
* Make tradeoffs across speed, cost, quality, and technical debt; intentionally manage debt
* Ensure secure-by-design engineering, resilience, and observability
* Participate in discovery and solution shaping; Validate feasibility with prototypes/data
* Communicate technical concepts and tradeoffs to business and technology stakeholders; Influence without authority
* Set and enforce engineering standards (code quality, testing, CI/CD, DevOps, security/privacy/compliance)
* Mentor and develop engineers; Foster ownership, accountability, and psychological safety
* Drive automation and reduce toil
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 6+ years of experience leading or acting as tech lead for product engineering teams
* Demonstrated success in modern product delivery (discovery through production) and cloud-native architecture
* Senior full-stack engineering experience; Strong coding, testing, and prototyping
* Experience with API-first design, microservices, event-driven architecture
* Cloud-native engineering (Azure preferred) experience
* Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps/SRE practices; Security and compliance-by-default
Preferred Domain/Platform Experience:
* Supply chain/logistics systems; workflow automation
* SAP integration; transportation platforms (OTM, FourKites)
* Manufacturing OT/MES exposure (for manufacturing-focused roles)
* Salesforce exposure in some areas
