What is commission social media management?

Commission social media management refers to the practice where a social media manager or agency is paid based on the results they deliver, such as sales, leads, or other measurable outcomes, rather than a flat fee or hourly rate. This performance-based model incentivizes the manager to create effective campaigns and strategies tailored to the client's specific goals. It can be a cost-effective approach for businesses looking to maximize return on investment, but may also mean higher fees if performance targets are exceeded. Clients should clearly define goals, expectations, and commission structures before starting such an arrangement.
