Licensed Only Agent (LOA) - Life & Health InsurancePosition OverviewAdvance Onboarding is seeking Licensed Only Agents (LOA) to place with one of our insurance agency clients. This is a in-house role, where the agent works directly in office selling insurance products under the client agency's appointments.This position is ideal for licensed agents who want steady hourly pay, structured schedules, provided leads, and the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses.
Requirements
  • Sell Life and Health insurance products (ACA, Medicare, Obama Care Supplemental, and/or Life)
  • Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, and assigned leads
  • Conduct needs analysis and enroll clients into appropriate plans
  • Accurately document client information in CRM and enrollment systems
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Comply with all state, federal, and carrier regulations
  • Deliver professional customer service throughout the sales process
