Description
  • Greet each guest individually and pleasant
  • Deal Table Games to guests according to the rules of the game being played.
  • Maintain an orderly table as well as an appropriate game speed in a courteous manner.
  • Determine winning and losing bets.
  • Pay winning bets and collect losing bets accurately according to appropriate odds.
  • Know Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Shall be polite and maintain a priority system in accepting other position related job duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
  • Must be able to stand and or sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to remain focused on game protection at all times.
  • Must be able to maintain focus in a high volume, fast paced environment where teamwork is essential.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to handle physical and mental stress.
  • Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Must be able to project a professional manner at all times.
  • Must be able to stay calm in difficult situations.
  • Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21years of age.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must complete and pass the Rain Rock Casino Resort Hotel training course or have one (1) year external dealing experience.
  • Must be able to pass a live audition.
  • Must be able to pass a math test.
  • Must know and pass a dealer competency exam on all games required by management.
  • Must be able to operate basic equipment such as automated shufflers, etc.
  • Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
  • This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
  • Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Must receive and maintain a valid high security gaming license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
  • Native American preference will be observed in the hiring process.
  • Must adhere to confidentiality policy.
