Job description

โ€ข You must be able to obtain an Indiana Occupational level 2 gaming license to participate in the class and pass the RSC Background Check.

โ€ข You will be required to take and pass a basic math test prior to consideration for selection to attend classes. Selection is based on past job history, relevant experience, and an interview.

โ€ข Interested applicants must have completed a minimum of 90% of class hours to be eligible for an audition. You may be dropped for poor attendance.

โ€ข Applicants should be able to perform well in a guest service environment.

โ€ข Current Rising Star employees must have completed their Introductory Period and obtained their managers approval prior to being considered for the training. Attending the training class is strictly voluntarily and on your own time.

โ€ข We offer flexible class schedules and times.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with players and supervisors; ability to rapidly use basic mathematical skills; complete knowledge of all game rules and internal control policies.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Makes change and exchanges currency for chips as necessary.
