Job description:
CMI is expanding and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new client accounts and grow our staffing and workforce solutions in the Columbus, Ohio market.
This is a 100% commission-only opportunity designed for proven B2B sales professionals who are confident in their ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships. There is no base salary for this role.
Compensation
  • Commission-only compensation (no base salary)
  • Commissions earned based on active employees assigned to new client accounts
  • Ongoing commissions while the account remains active
  • Mileage reimbursement for approved client visits
  • Unlimited earning potential

This position does not offer a guaranteed salary. Earnings are performance-based.
Key Responsibilitie
  • Prospect and secure new B2B client accounts
