·      Present Curve Hospitality's FF&E procurement, manufacturing, freight, logistics, and project-support capabilities.
·      Maintain professional follow-up, address concerns, and overcome objections throughout the business-development process.
·      Gather project specifications, drawings, quantities, schedules, and information required for estimating.
·      Coordinate proposals with estimating, procurement, design, manufacturing, logistics, and leadership teams.
·      Maintain accurate CRM records, manage an active pipeline, support project handoff, and cultivate repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications·      At least two years of experience in business development, sales, telemarketing, cold calling, outbound prospecting, or lead generation.
·      Proven ability to initiate conversations, qualify prospects, handle objections, and secure new business.
·      Strong telephone presence and confidence communicating with owners, executives, developers, and decision-makers.
·      Excellent verbal, written, presentation, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
·      Persistent, resilient, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-based role.
·      Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, document activity, and follow up consistently.
·      High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation required.
·      Ability to travel occasionally for conferences, property visits, trade shows, and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications·      Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, hospitality, construction, interior design, or a related field.
·      Three or more years of business-to-business development or sales experience.
·      Experience in hospitality, hotel development, construction, commercial interiors, furniture, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, or FF&E.
·      Existing relationships with hotel owners, developers, management companies, contractors, designers, or hospitality brands.
·      Knowledge of hotel renovations, PIPs, brand conversions, new construction, and major hospitality organizations.
Software Capabilities·      Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat.
·      CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or comparable platforms.
